If you look closely I have circled the the GREY Speedometer wire in RED.

Two 15ohm resistors to make 30-30.2 ohms of resistance and to replace the old bad 30ohm resistor

I also had a bad capacitor which i replaced for $2.00 from Radio Shack.

This is the bad resistor that was on the little board that is connected to the Speedometer. 30 Ohms.
Color bands are as follows.
ORANGE (3), BLACK (0), the GOLD band is means /- 5% tolerance.

Here is the VSS and Speedometer wires circled in red. From left to right, B11 "GREY" speedometer, B10 "YELLOW" VSS Input , B9 "PURPLE" VSS ground.
