Looking back on this project all was not too bad. I was mad that I was sold a car that had this problem covered up. I am just glad I knew how to fix this so I could save the $1000 to $1500 in labor. $300 for carpet. $50 or so dollars for sheet metal and other materials, and I am happy to say this is a SOLID 1991 car again.
