Ok, I now it is hard to see but had to use an easy-out to get out a broken dipstick shaft out of the block. Obviously I can not go at it through the oil pan with the K-member in the way. It was really easy to do actually. Just filled the tip of the shaft with a heavy wheel bear grease then used the easy-out. The grease was to keep anything from breaking off and falling in.
