Motor is built 1969 307 chevrolet motor. It is 3.875 bore and 3.25 stroke making it a rare setup. Middle of the road between a 302(4"bore 3" stroke) and 350(4"bore 3 1/2" stroke) with my great flowing heads its a screamer

This was a trickey part you only get one shot to weld the arm to the door and get your door gaps and level right

I plated the inner panel with 1/4" thick plating. I did run into a problem on the pasenger side it is 1 1/2" out farther than the drivers had to sub cut and frame back to the hvac box.

Pillow blocks provide the outward movement and flanged ones do the upward pivot. Everything was fabbed by hand.

Door had to be plated for strenth. Definitely made you realize when you cut the factory hinges off you pass the point of no return.
