I could hammer it some and cut off this metal flap but i think it holds the primary to the collector. Also not the drain plug 1" away from the header. Once removed oil will cover the header in oil. I may have to plug and weld in a new plug location.

No room for oil filter to be removed or installed. Oil filter relocation may be in order.

There is about 1" between the drain plug and header. It will cover the header in oil when removed.
