After lots and lots of body filler and sanding the fenders are starting to take shape. I'm excited about how the flare is taking shape. Its looking like how i had imagined it would be.

To fill the gaps i cut up a second set of fenders to make patch panels and attached them with panel adhesive.

The front fenders were the big challenge, as they have had the wheel opening moved forward 5" and flared out 2". Lots of weld seems to blend in. Also notice the large, uneven gap between door and fender.

This hood started out as a 6" cowl hood from Harwood. I cut it down to 3" and boxed in the underside so it seals against the air filter base making it a functional cowl hood.

Patch panels installed on right side. Still lots of body filler, shaping, and sanding to get ready for paint but just getting that large gap in the fender covered makes me feel like i got something accomplished.
