I would not be to worried about that, the load applied the the mounting hole is not in the direction of the spindle clearancing....

I reshaped the beta bracket a bit to make sure it clears the CTS-V brembo caliper casting. I also tried to smooth out the lines a bit from alacran's feedback.

The 2010+ Camaro rotors will not work, they have too large of a offset and the rotor register diameter (the opening that slides over the hub) is too small.

If you mean the stock 10.5" or 11.85" 1LE rotor with built in hub then no. You have to use a 14" C6 Z06 rotor with this bracket.

This can not be correct, if you go 27 degrees clockwise you get this image attached below. The two sensors in your drawing are not 27 degrees apart....
