Alston Racing SFC vs. Spohn SFC

Is one better than the other? Or are SFC just SFC?

alstons tie the inside of te unibody, the spohn's connect on the outside of the unibody area.

you can run both actually.

Some say that the Spohns are better for drag racing, and the Alstons are better for overall handling. Either setup is needed. Pick one and know that you have done something the GM engineers should have already done before they made the car

... I have the Spohns, and they seem to be working pretty damn good. However, I think I will be getting Alstons too. I like that idea.

Even though you can run both, will you see an improvment when having both when compared to just one? Is it worth the $$$$$

Generally, the more points you can create to connect the subframes and tie everything together the better. I would certainly be surprised if A Spohn SFC only outperformed a Spohn/Alston setup or vice versa.
