no fans AC or heat
the thick, black, and red wire that goes to my fan relay is not getting any volts with the key turned onto the accesory position like it is supposed to. Now i have no fans, heat, or AC. I have check all of my fuses in the fuse panel under the dash. is there any inline fuses or fusable links anywhere that could have possibly blown? thanks alot.

Fan relay? Or blower motor relay. The blower relay is hot at all times. Meaning that the relay should have power even with the key OFF. The only time the blower relay is used is when the blower is at FULL power. The rest of the time it gets power through the resistor arrangement mounted on the blower housing. Main power for the blower is through a 25 amp fuse in the fuse panel. If in doubt, get a voltmeter and probe all four wires on the blower relay, one should have 12 volts all the time. If the blower does not operate at all then you need to do more troubleshooting.

yes, i was talking about the fan relay. i guess i have some more trouble shooting. i havent tried testing the blower relay yet. but i do know that my blower motor is not working either. any suggestions on where to start looking? i know that the red wire (that is always hot) going to the fan relay has juice, because i have tested that.
thanks for the help

On most TG's it is the thick orange wire that should have 12 volts all the time. This is not key or ignition controlled. It goes directly to the battery through a fusible link. On some single fan models it it the thick red wire that goes to the batt through a link. If you have 12 volts on the feed wire and the fan does not come on then your relay is probably bad.(very common) If you don't get 12 volts, then a link or connection has failed. The blower gets it's power from 2 places, the fuse panel and the relay power is through a fusible link. As I said the blower relay only operates when it is at it's maximum setting. On lower speeds the voltage comes from the fuse panel. If you have no blower operation pull the fuse for it and with the key on see if you have 12 volts on either connection in the fuse panel. I think there a 4 links in these cars. One may very well be a common feed for the cooling fan and heater motor circuits. If memory serves me the one for these circuits is near the big bulkhead connector in the engine compartment. Remember, NEVER jump one with a piece of wire. You can melt the entire wiring harness. Get the proper value link. LOL
