firing order 91 firebird v6
Help. plug wires got taken off dist. cap and now car doesn't run. don't have book and need firing order for 91 firebird v6 3.1 auto??
Yep Doward correct.
#1 is front passenger side.
Go to cap, it's 7:00 position.
Skip a spot, next is #3, skip a spot, next is #5.
Then back to front of distb cap, starting with, as also said, next, #2 and so on.
IF ya really feel not sure on distb cap, remove the #1 plug, bring that piston to TDC, look at rotor position.

plug order on distributor cap itself??
The wires are on the plugs themselves, but taken off of the distributor cap. I think the order is 1-2-3-4-5-6-counterclockwise, but which one is #1?
REREAD MY REPLY!
I said it's the 7:00 position on the cap.
To double check again pull #1 plug, bring engine to TDC & see positon of rotor. It'll be at 7:00 position. Drop on cap & there ya go.
Clockwise is rotation of rotor.
