$30 max, if you're willing to do it yourself. 2 sq yards of headliner fabric from Joann's Fabrics. $8 + tax for the 3M Interior Trim Adhesive (in a white can w/ red lettering). A tire brush to get off all the disinterated foam.
AHH Here's a message I posted in the So. California board
New headliner fabric??? Joann's fabrics, $11.99 per square yard, for a Hard top, I used 2 yards and had enough left over to redo the visors. (Felt kinda weird walkin in a store that mostly girls go to, but you're a girl, so you won't have that problem) TIP: Take one sunvisor with you to get the closest color match, and maybe buy enough to redo the sail panels so they match.
Take out your dome lamp and unscrew your coat hooks above your speakers and remove the visors.
Slide your A-Pillar covers forward, and then pull them towards the inside of the car.
Unclip the seatbelt cover things, drop the headliner.
Remove all the old Headliner, and brush off the disintegrated foam.
Lay on new headliner fabric, and cut the holes to match.
Spray 3M Interior Adhesive (NOT SUPER 77, that doesn't hold up in the heat of so cal) all over.
Installation is the reverse of removal. (I ALWAYS WANTED TO SAY THAT!)
