Springs - tech data

I need to know the following pieces of info... if anyone can help me I'd be very grateful!

What is the free length of a standard IROC spring?
What is the rate (lbs/inch)
What is the Diameter of the spring?
What are the end forms?

leading on from there for those of you with eibach etc aftermarket springs up to about 1" lower what are the specs of those?

Why am I asking these dumb questions? Basically I'm too tight spend about $550 (UK prices) on a set of springs when I can have them made to my spec for half that amount....

thanks Laiky... guess I should have said the $550 price would be for an Eibach set and not standard IROC ooops

have to admit I'm not sure that trying to get new IROC springs across here would be that much cheaper than a custom made set (shipping costs and then tax tax tax!!) or UK specialists charging whatever plus their 'cut' but I'll have to do the sums

I am actually putting in my eibach springs today and i noticed that the say made in germany right on the spring, perhaps you can get them directly shipped? I'm not sure at all if that is possible.

I will admit that the thought had crossed my mind... and may still be an option for me to take I suppose that one of the advantages of going custom is that you can actually specify what you want (using the standard IROC springs as a starting point).. softer.. harder.. lower the choice is entirely yours :lala: rather than what a company decides is best....
