need help!!!rotor won't come off!!!

well, i'm replacing my cap and rotor and the rotor won't come off-i'm tugging at it and it still won't budge, there doesn't seem to be any screws or anything attached to it-
has this happened to anyone else before???what should i do???
please help!!!

i couldnt get mine off either so i hit it with a hammer. just hit around the sides and break it off.

ok got it off- i stuck 2 screwdrivers (flat) under the rotor, turned them, and presto . . . it finally came off

(w/ o the hammer TBI305Camaro

)
