Closed loop timers $8D

Did a search and can't find an answer.
The Hacs indicate the time is 1:2, but in all of the XDF ECU's I see the time is 2:1 multiplied.

Code:
;-----------------------------------------------------------
; CLOSED LOOP TIMERS
; INDEXED LK UP
;-----------------------------------------------------------
L848C: .byte 0x5F ;=95 ; 47.5 Sec COLD CLS LP TIMER
L848D: .byte 0x4B ;=75 ; 37.5 Sec WARM CLS LP TIMER
L848E: .byte 0x0F ;=15 ; 7.5 Sec HOT CLS LP TIMER
XDF's show these calculated at 2x the values, not 1/2.

Is this because those loops are run every other scan?
Has anyone confirmed if the timing is 1:2 or actually 2:1 ?

At around D2AC engine run time in seconds is loaded and the divided by two. So 180 sec is seen as a number 90. The number is compared to the closed loop timer value.

So the number should be doubled not halved.
