A few questions about Stealth Ram I couldnt find answers to.

I have been hiding from this forum for a while I guess. Im just seeing this info about the stealth ram. Looks pretty nice, I like the numbers. And between my headers, exhaust, tranny, and rear, I think it could be a lot of fun in my car., but I have a few Questions.

1) Where can I get it. I cant find it online.

2) It comes complete rite? I think I saw somewhere that it comes with computer and all. Is it Base, Plenum, Runners, Throttle body, etc...

3) Between my TPI, and what it comes with, would i have to buy a lot of little parts to get it to work?

4) I dunno.....tell me what you know. :lala: cause I know nothing about it,

I think it looks nice, and I like its numbers too.

5) Price, isnt it in the $300-$500 range?

Well, beings that you already have TPI, all you would need would be the Plennum/Base, and the fuel rails. Other than that, your good to go. You can use your current electronics, injectors, t-body (minus coolant), and just about everything else. Only problem is that the Stealth Ram does not have EGR provisions. You can order them from Summit, but I hear the fuel rails are on back order. I dont believe Summit has any in stock, but they order direct from Holley. You could also try a local speed shop too.
Good luck!

Well, youll have to elongate the center intake bolt holes. The S/R manifold is made for pre-87 bolt pattern, where you have a post-87. Your also gonna have to switch to an externally mounted coil setup, found on 88-up cars. The externally mounted coil distributors are smaller that the one your using. Other than that, its a direct bolt on from what I hear.

No prob man, we all gotta start somewhere.

Anyway, EGR is part of your emmissions system. If you look under your plennum, youll notice a "flying saucer" shaped thing. Thats your EGR Valve. I forget its exact function at the moment cause Im about to pass out, but to disable it correctly, you must burn a prom indicating the EGR being disabled. EGR, however, has no affect at WOT, so you dont have to really worry about performance issues. Only problem you MIGHT run into is not being able to pass inspection.
