HELP, noise from torque converter

Hello,
Next week, I'm going to buy a 85 Z28E with a 350 GM crate built in Mexico, and there's a B&M Shift Kit in the automatic trans and a deep aftermarket trans oil pan whith cooling fins to dissipate heat.
The problem is a noise from the torque converter. When the car is started, and the engine is cold, there's a noise (like a whistle) from the torque converter when the trans is on park or neutral. After a few minutes, when the engine is hot (so the oil of the trans too), the whistle disappears. The whistle seems coming from the torque converter (like air in it)...
There's no problem with the trans, but I'm afraid with this noise from the torque converter? I can hear the whistle only when the trans is on park or neutral and until the engine is hot (or after 6 miles)
Who can help me to resolve the problem (if it's a problem):hail:
