What kind of fuel pressure are you running? and what have you done to the fuel system?
I just installed one and the fuel pressure is stuck around 15-16psi. I have adjusted my vAFPR all the way out, hooked up a vacuum pump to increase vacuum to the vAFPR, changed back to my stock FPR and the fuel pressure stays roughly the same.
Reving the motor brings the pressure back down to about 12 psi, making me think maybe the return line isn't adequate at idle. My alternator is running about 14.3-14.5 volts so I may be overdriving the pump some. I'm thinking of adding a circuit to regulate the fuel pump at a constant 12 volts or so. Any ideas?
Oh yeah, I'm running stock injectors with an ADS SuperChip.

Whats the voltage on your car?
At APE's website they have a chart showing at 10psi the pump flowing about 70gph at 12 volts, 80 at 13.5, so with my car running 14.5 volts I think my pump may be flowing 90 gph.
I'm going to look for some kind of voltage regulator and see if I can bring the voltage back down to 12 volts or so.
