Paid for parts on 3/10/03

No Parts as of 05/16/03

No Refund as of 5/16/03

No E-Mail reply from him since 05/04/03


I used PayPall to buy the parts from him and after they investigated & found him at fault they managed to get back .16 cents for me out of the $100 I spent, ( Less than 1% - What a joke ! )




He said he shipped the stuff but has never proven that in any way,..... He has said he would make up for it - but has not. It has been 3 months now and hard for me to remain "reasonable" about the whole deal. Seeing a new add from him on the classified boards made me decide to post this message to inform other F-Body members about my experience with Jeff.

I send Him an E-mail about 10 minutes before finding the new add from him here on ThirdGen ( Then I posted this message ) I am hoping that he realizes just how ugly this deal was and will "do the right thing".

P.S. In over 5 years of buying & selling on this website this is the worst deal yet..........

 

I heard back from Jeff after writing the warning to people using the classified boards and he indicated that A refund was to be paid to me ASAP......

One month later and still not a dime. That makes 3 months without anything from him ---- no parts, no Money.

He told me that he would be using the thirdgen classifieds to try & make some $$ so he could pay me back. I have seen his recent adds and it appears that he is still only concerned with his needs and not "making good" on our deal.

 

Still no parts

Still no refund

He is now rejecting all E-Mails I send him.

He still uses the message boards and has a number of active classified adds.


I hope that all the other thirdgen.org users will boycott this kid until he comes clean.
