Bird-dog (snowbelow) = Excellent Seller
Just wanted to share my story of the dealings I had with Joe (aka Bird-dog). I bought a set of doors from him and had them shipped truck-freight. When they arrived, I found rust at the bottom of the driver's door. When I emailed him, he was very apologetic and didn't notice any rust. He said he'd send out another door ASAP.
A week later, I receive a door via UPS. Well, of course UPS destroyed the door (think Jim Carrey at the beginning of Ace Ventura). Anyway, I email Joe and let him know. He attempts to make a claim with UPS but they just give him the runaround.
A couple weeks later Joe BRINGS ME a perfect driver's door. Granted, he didn't drive up special-- he was going to be in the area anyway, but, hey, I've never received customer service like that. He delivered 3 doors and I only paid for one.
Joe lost money on my door deal, but I have since bought a set of 91-92 GTA taillights from him and will continue to be a good customer, as he has the best customer service I've ever seen. His email is snowbelow@msn.com.

I forgot to mention that he is from South Carolina and the name of his business is F-body barn.
Thanks again Joe if you're reading this.

I bought a tranny from him when I was in the Persian Gulf, and asked him to hang on to it until I got home. No problem came the reply, and he did. Then when I came home, we spent several months trying to get me down there to get it.... Well, one night he came by, dropped it off (at 11pm), and went on his way.. I totally agree,, there is no customer service like that. :hail: I'd buy anything from him.

I completely agree with you all. Great service. He got me a cover for my widsheild wiper motor that I have been searching for for over a year. Not only gave me the cover but the cover with ciruit board attached which I ended up needing. Package came very quickly to.
