Stb

Does any one know the Summitracing part # for the Edelbrock 3pt TPI STB? I know this one works fine our cars.

EDL-5226... the TPI one.

are you certain that the TPI one will fit with no problems? i'm very interested in getting a 3 point stb for my 3.1 bird, but i'm curious about fittment problems..

Engine: 2.8L V6 2BBL (yeah I know...)
Transmission: 700R4 automatic
I think that one works okay with the fuel injected cars but definitely not on the carb'd ones. The MPFI V6's don't have that big round air cleaner to get in the way, and I think the upper radiator hose is "lower" on the MPFI motor than on the carb'd motor.

I know for certain that the only STB pics I've seen on V6 cars have been on MPFI engines, not carb'd ones...which sucks cuz guess what engine I have....

I belive redraif has the Elda stb, and I belive thats what agood also had.
