Wait until this summer.......
Yeah, I know where Naples is. I visit a chick over in Harrison once in a while.
At least for you it is a short drive to Oxford to the Oxford Plains Speedway for VIP's Show, Shine, and Drag.....for me it is like an hour on back roads and on the day of the event the road really gets congested around Oxford (I wonder why?).
Lucky you, you will have all the tourists in your area this summer, being the Lakes region and all.
M'*** holes are the worst.
Good luck!

I was kind of hoping that there would be more people from Maine on this board or at least responding.
The 3 or 4 of us do not make a very big group.....but then again, I do not actually know anyone that drives a 3rd gen......
Hmmmmmm maybe if I sell them my T/A.............

Here's the real story.
I bought the car in 1999. I bought the hood and doors off of a rust free GTA. The doors on my T/A were shot. I was also going to replace the front bumper cover with a newer style nose, but I never did get it to fit properly, so I gave up on that and went back to the original nose.
Anyway, I ended up losing interest in the car....and it sat in my driveway covered up. Registration expired in May 2001. I bought several other "fun" cars to play around with. So, now it is for sale "as is".
I did take it out for a test drive a few weeks ago. Registration and safety sticker expired May 2001. I forgot my license and wallet. Luckily no cops. I drove it down route 1 towards Brunswick, blew the carbon and the cobwebs out.......she ran great. Certainly can suck down the gas.................................
So there you go....the story you never wanted to know.

Hey guys I'm from Maine too. I live in Bangor. Right now I'm in NY finishing up school for the year but I'll be back in a week or 2. I've got the Black and Gold '84 T/A that's in my sig pic, and I just picked up an '85 S/E with a 305, auto and t-tops for $400 in Long Island. The guy told me it needed a headgasket and that he couldn't find the title (it was his aunt's car and she passed away). Since the car is over 15 years old I didn't need a title to register in Maine, and I ran the car and there is no apparent problem with the headgasket. I drove it the 7 hours home and it ran great, even got 23.5 miles per gallon on the highway! Anyway, enough of me bragging about my "$400 Wonder". We should all try and figure out some way to have a Maine get together with people from TGO. That would be fun!
Here's a pic of the '85

BOGUS MODERATOR
What a pile of crap! Of all the trash that is repeated on these boards, the "moderator" decides to lock a topic I started. Must have something against people from Maine.
Discrimination.
It sounds like Hitlerism to the extreme.
