Ok, if i dont have a b&m shift kit...
what do i do to fix it before it breaks on me. Is there a way to tlel if its broken?
I mean, the thing when i put it inot drive or reverse or any gear the car shakes, like a yoke is bad, but then the car shifts very hard and fast. He said its either a recently rebuilt tranny or i got a shift kit. But i dunno. I'd rather have the tranny work for a while then it break really soon.
If its broek, how much and what has to be done to fix this?

naw man not the tranny shaking it has a sudden pull off the rear wheels. The car jerks forward if in a forward gear, or jerks back in reverse.
Bad mount still dont explain the hard shifts...

Yes actually, it could. If the thing is torn in two (as many are) the whole trany will lift as you are moving forward because it's connected to the rear.
If this is the case, this may also have screwed something else up as well, or loosened the crossmember, or knocked off a weight from the driveshaft... there are a lot of things. Take a look, pull the mount, change the filter and fluid in the pan. If she does lots better, then you can flush it if you want.

Maybe I am missing something here because its late and I am tired but could it be the TV cable? It will shift noticeably harder between gears if its cracked or broke etc...Try readjusting it. There is a tech article about this on the home page.

got the same problem took it to the tranny shop and they said it could be a really loose rear end that is why it drops so hard into gear in park and reverse.
