im in ny , i see now they give you a print out that you have to take to dmv, well my 91 bird wasnt inspected last year so now i think ive got a problem............ive got no air tubes , no smog pump and no cat , lol, hookers back to the flowmaster..................i think i could get by with the visiual by throwing him a few bucks, what concerns me more is the actual emissions test................ive read theres some things you can dump in your gas from a bottle............what are they called and would it work ya think in my case.............

 

well i did an exteensive search , some add 2 pints of rubbing alcohol, some add windshield washer fluid.............need some tech opinions on this

 

Official tech opinion is put it back to an emission-legal condition.

 

i meant on the addition of alcohol not on the car
