I am looking at a 91 Camaro RS Convertable for my wife to drive and I am wondering how much would you pay for it. It has a non running 305 tbi with around 120000 and has been sitting for about 4 years. For the last year or so the back window was broken out and exposed the interior to the weather. It does have grey leather interior and the floor pans feel solid and look like to only have surface rust on them. The pics should explain the rest.

Nice looking. Easy motoro swap and pait project.

Just make a offer and go from there.. $1500 would be a good deal for something not runnig. Could be something stupid like needs a tuneup or fuel pump, etc. if you could drive it away id say offer more.

How motivated is the person to get rid of it? If they just want to get the car out of their way, offer them 500 bucks, it never hurts to lowball.
Go up from there if they are not interested. As mentioned in the other post, I think the $1500 would be somewhere around the top offer.

Even $1000 isn't a bad deal- you could certainly get at least that by stripping it and selling the parts, but why would you want to do that to what appears to be a straight, easily restorable car. If he takes $800, I'd say you just got yourself a deal...

Thirdgen parts of any kind are getting a lot harder to come by, there is probably $2-3000 worth of just parts on the car as it sits now.

All the soft trim can come out; fourthgen drops in.

As for it not running, check all the fuses first, a faulty ECM or fuel pump relay or fuse will cause a non-start.

The rest of the car looks straight as a die, get it now and you'll brag about this to your insanely bored grandchildren 40 years from now

No the engine had a bad head gasket and they took the heads off so it is just a rusted short block in there. But that doesn't matter because I have a built 350 setting on a engine stand looking for a home so I think that this will be a perfect canidate.

Well I got it for 900.00. I was wrong about the mileage, the odometer reads 83000 miles. It now sits in my driveway waiting for me to get started on it.
