Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: IRS 3.46
NEEDED: Older Pioneer Wiring Harness
I need to get a harness that looks just like this
and the slot in the headunit looks like this
Ebay has one for 15 bucks...too much money for me right now :-?

Transmission: Slush Box
Axle/Gears: 9 Bolt, 3.27
You can get a Metra Smart Harness at Circuit City, only bad thing is you need the one from the headunit to the Metra plug, and the one from the Metra plug to the factory connector. They run about $18 each.
