Hey Val!! Haven't heard from you in a long time! Still have that tool box?
Anyway, don't feel so bad...I've done that sorta thing before too. I was jacking my old car (97TA) up to swap rearends. The front wheels were sticking out of the shop where there is a hill going down
My car slid sideways and smacked the concrete by the garage door, making a huge dent in the rear quarter panel

I was so pissed at myself.

Thanks for the sympathy guys.

I think I'm gonna take the fender off and try my skills with my sheetmetal hammers. I can't make it worse.

Anyone know if the nose has to come off to get to the fender??

PS yeah I still have the toolbox. It rocks.

Sorry to hear about your car, to punish yourself go drive a FORD until you've learned your lesson mister :nono:, J/K.....
But the nose has to come off to get the fender off, good luck on fixing the damage. I have similar damage problems on my driver rear quarter panel, Its been beat to hE!! and all wrinkled Friday afternoon will be no fun fixing this.

The nose doesn't have to come off. There's 4 bolts holding the nose to the fender - those have to be undone, and are a PITA to reach. Then undo the ground effects (only the part bolted to the fender, and take out the 13mm bolt right behind the ground effects, by the door. Then the upper bolts that go along the edge of where the hood shuts. The fender will come right off.
