GMPP Aluminum Heads for 1986 305 TPI
I have posted twice in the past about the use of Chevy aluminum heads on my 1986 IROC 305 TPI. Someone on the list emailed me privately about using GM heads with P/N 12556463. These are the heads from casting 10088113. These are Corvette heads, I can't remember if they're the LT1 or L98. Whoever emailed me said they were using these heads on their 305 and I think even sent a picture. If you are this person, could you email me privately so I can ask some questions.

Axle/Gears: 8.5", 3.42
Go to www.mortec.com and look them up.
Based on this....
I'd say they're L98 heads since the LT1 wasn't released in the Corvette until 1992.
Based on this....
10088113...88-up...350..........Aluminum, 58cc, angle plug, raised "D" port exhaust, 1.94"/1.5" valves
