Car: '05 Trailblazer, '97 Z28
Red '89 IROC, 350tpi, 700r4, t-tops. TWO OF THEM!!
The first one is a red '89 IROC with a 350 tpi, 700R4, and t-tops. We had the transmission professionally rebuilt last year, it was completely gutted and we installed a Transgo shift improver kit, B & M stage two shift kit, corvette servo, and 2200 stall converter. Believe me, it will scratch second gear every time. The motor has K & N filters, new Accell injectors, high volume oil pump, Accell super coil, new starter (w/ lifetime warranty), new Wagner thermo quiet brake pads front and back (hardly any brake dust), headman headers, no catalytic converter, and a high flow muffler. Both cars have been using Mobil 1 super synthetic oil and filters since the day I got them.
The second one is wrecked. It is also a red '89 IROC with a 350 tpi, 700R4, and t-tops. It is all stock. It does have a new starter, water pump, alternator, radiator, and super blue headlights. All installed within the last couple of years, it even ran after the crash. The drive train was NOT damaged in the crash. I drove it to my parents house from the body shop, and then from their house across town to my house. On the way home with it, the serpentine belt rubbed a hole in the heater hose, so that will have to be replaced. I also took the map sensor when the one in the new car went out. Other than that, all it needs is a jump to start right up.
I would like to get $6k for both of them. Not for each of them, both of them. I don't want to split them up, but I will consider any offer. Drive one and either fix or part out the other one, whatever you want. Call Scott at 620-704-3733. If I don't answer, I'm probably at work, so please leave a message. These are sold, I pick them up next week. Scott I tried to reply to you on F-body but it will not let me log in. I even tried changing my username to "SomeDudeinPA" Didn't work. And yes I am a real car guy. Owned my first IROC, 88 5.7 Dark Red t top car since 93. The 89 I'm getting from you will get an exstensive alarm system first thing because some 10 time loser decided to steal my car on july 4th, and total it. I've been sick since that day. I really loved that car. I even took my birthday off this year to change all the fluids and detail the under carriage. Any how, Plan A is still in effect. You should have gotten my check by now.
