This is a good deal, still negotiable? Well, I want to share this report I heard too! The debt level of young American adults -- those under the age of 35 -- has taken a steep dive in the last ten years or so, according to a brand new study. Normally, that would sound like good news for the economy. In fact, however, it indicates a very troubling pattern. The reason that debt has fallen so dramatically is because today's young adults have too few assets to consider taking on new loans.

I'm 20, going to turn 21 on the 23rd and I own the home I live in. How? Work hard and get a good job. Then work a lot of hours. Make serious efforts young to put the little money you make away and take on a credit card and small loans to build credit.

That or the generation in question is becoming increasingly lazy?
