GM 7730 Mode vs. ALDL A and B Connections
Hi Guys,
How does the ECM mode change as the connections across the ALDL A and B terminals change?
AB Open : Mode ?
AB Shorted : Mode ?
10K across AB : Mode ?
My goal is to data log (Datamaster or TunerPro) at 8192 Baud.
Not sure how the ECM changes the operation parameters as the impedance across the ALDL connector changes?
Best Regards,
Bruce

AB open is normal mode, this is the mode to use when data logging $8D in a '7730.

Thanks RBob,
With the 7165 I had to set the AutoProm AB switch to 10K for the high speed 8192 baud mode.
Since I am new to the 7730 and could not find an answer searching the website, I figured I would ask.
Best Regards,
Bruce
