MUST SELL: 91 Trans Am GTA, 305TPI, Auto T-Tops, 77k miles, $3800 OBO
Good afternoon everyone.
I'm listing my 91 Trans Am GTA for sale. I've owned her for about 5 years now (bought it off of a Forum member on here), but I've moved on to other interests and want to order a new car. Its been a great car and runs flawlessly. I've only put a few thousand miles on it since 2010 and the odometer is a little over 77,000 original miles. Here are the details:
The Car:
91 Trans Am GTA (real Y84 car)
305 (LB9) with an Auto
T-Tops
WS6 Suspension
Tan Leather interior
The dash pad is PERFECT, with no cracks or tears.
The rear end is a 2.73 I believe and it has front disks and rear aluminum drums.
The previous owner put a full MAC stainless steel exhaust system (headers, mids, and cat-back)
I have all the maintenance records from the p/o and myself
It also comes with the original t-top sun shades, still in the box
Always garaged
Things I replaced while I owned it:
Passenger side window regulator
Passenger headlight bracket (replaced with OEM piece, original had a stress crack)
IAC valve
The TPI distributor cover extension (not shown in the pics),
Plug wires
Battery
JVIC head unit in it that is iPod compatible.
There are only 2 spots that have rust on the car; a few on the T-Top drip rail (doesn't leak at all) and a spot in the passenger door jamb.
It needs a good buff because of the oxidized paint in the rear (no clear coat blow through) or a paint job. The driver side seat needs recovered and it could use font window weather stripping. There is a little bit of de-lamination on the driver side tail light as well.
What comes with it: If I get a good price, it will come with a front and rear bumper and a UMI wonderbar.
Overall, This is a solid 3rd Gen, and I've never had a problem with it. I took it to the GM Nationals at Carlisle for 2 years and it ran beautifully out and back. It runs flawlessly.
Once again, I'm asking $3800 OBO for it. I'm very motivated to sell, so feel free to ask an offer. The car is located outside of Pittsburgh, but I'm in the DC area, so if there is any interest here, I could bring it down.
