Sorry to hear about your project. Just to help out this harness fit any 90-92 Fbody. I will repin the harness to fit an 85-89 EFI car to help any potential buyer

Yes it is. It was built by a member on here Pocket. He has multiple wiring threads and will build new swap harnesses for people. I didn't feel good about doing it myself either so that's why I had him build it.

where did you plan on mounting the PCM?
Where are the relays mounted?

Pcm was to be mounted in factory location under the dash. As for relays I'm not sure since I never installed it or laid it out in the car. It's a very nicely built harness. Pocket does a great job.
