hood fitment with supercharger
its been awhile, I have my Camaro almost back together after the tornado, and I want to put a supercharger on it when I get back in the US. Its an 84 Z-28 W a 383 and a edelbrock Pro-Flo 2 EFI, I need a kit that will fit under my brand new SS style hood, with preferably no modifications, the EFI is programmable for boost, so thats not an issue, and it uses a standed 5 1/4" carb air intake flange, so a hat style airbox will work. The only tornado damage left is the fuel tank is full of mud, so I'm going to have to drop it, clean it and re-do the lines anyway so I can do them to fit the supercharger's fuel needs. Any ideas?
btw my cam is:
Intake Valve Lift (in.)0.520
Exhaust Valve Lift (in.)0.540
Int. Duration @ .050 in. (Deg)236
Exh. Duration @ .050 in. (Deg)248
Int. Duration Advertised (Deg)288
Exh. Duration Advertised (Deg)315
the engine has forged pistons/crank and I beam rods, trick flow 23* heads W/ CNC CC, ported/gasket mached runners 2.02/1.60 valves, beehive valve springs, last dynoed at 548hp@6400 RPM, I don't remember the TQ, but above 2k the curve was pretty flat (fell on its face below that though)
