Looking for old crane cam card.
crane doesn't make this cam anymore so it isn't on their website

I've found other specs online but I'm looking for the install height for the valve springs.

Yes the cam don't really care what the spring's installed height is or has anything to do with installed height.
Your installed height is set by spring pressure, valve length, locks, retainers, shims, coil bind height of your springs, etc.
The common sbc spec is 1.700" but that all depends on your setup, and springs.. Taller installed height will lessen the spring pressure, where shorter installed height will add more spring pressure.
