Best heads/cam for a 350 TBI?

I bought my 91 TA in June and looking to upgrade what I can. The car was originally an LB9 but has a "new" 350 crate in it. It is still TPI. The engine is the 5.7LG SGI (can't reach the exact casting number in the back) but based on the front of the heads' design it looks like 193 swirl ports from a TBI. The 350 has *okay* power but I'd like to find a way to wake it up a little. Also, I don't think it was tuned after the 350 swap. Would tuning it before any engine work give me a better idea to see what I'm working with?

I would think you need to tune the TPI for the 350 it has in it now; it's probably still tuned for a 305.
