Where's the tach filter at?????
Well, I put a MSD 6A box in. Seems to pull harder topend, but thats when my tach screws up. I already did a search on here and found out about the tach adapter for $25. MSD says I just need to bypass my "filter". Where is it at? Some guys said this is all they had to do on their '89-'92 cars to get the tach to work right. Please help!

if you have or can access a good wiring diagram it can tell you where it is at, just a guess but it would most likley be on the back of the guages somewhere. maybe a GM tech at your local GM dealership can tell you

I've searched my car for the mysterious tach filter, never found it. I think its in the Bermuda Triangle. I'd say so is yours.
Save yourself the headache of trying to find the non-existant filter (which in real life looks like a condensor for a points setup... oh, probably dont know what that is... Well, a tiny soda can about 1/4" diameter).
