Now the only thing that was done since last years track run was a new transmission. I blew 3rd gear on the 11.9 run. I used the same 700r4, I increased my stall converter 2500/2800 to 2900/3200. Just a range, if it matters.

My question is did making a looser converter to gain stall speed comprise it's ability to transfer power to the wheels at WOT? I don't have dyno numbers to show, but if I were to put a power band RPM range on the motor it would be 3000 - 6200.

One worthy note to consider, I noticed the next morning after the recent track disappointment, the fuel bowls were pretty low where last year they were set half up the sight glass.

Thanks for any insight anyone might have to help find a solution to get back my time.
