Today (August 27, 2012) marks the 20th Anniversary since the last Third Generation Camaro rolled off of the assembly line in Van Nuys, California. Not only did August 27, 1992 mark the end of the Third Generation F-Body, but it also marked the closing of the Van Nuys, California assembly plant. Leonard S., original owner of the Last 1992 Camaro, still owns the car to this day.

ThirdGen.org has been working on a new RPO Decoder program for the community. The goal is to provide a more accurate, and more complete, RPO Decoder program that's specific to the Third Generation F-Body. The RPO Decoder program can help Third Generation F-Body owners decode their vehicle's SPID sticker to determine how their vehicle was equipped from the factory.

To help populate the data in the new RPO Decoder program, we need your help. We're collecting GM documentation that defines these 3-character RPO codes. One of these sources are Build Sheets. An example of a Build Sheet is below:

Additionally, we're also collecting factory Window Stickers to also help populate the RPO Decoder's database. An example of a factory Window Sticker is below:

Due to finding some errors and discrepancies with Reproduction Window Stickers, we request that only factory Window Stickers be submitted to ensure accuracy.
