Rotating assemblies?

I am still looking for a 454 block but I was wondering what you guys have heard or from personal experience about Coast High Performance and Speed O Motive. I know of eagle and scat but I have heard from a buddy that these companies made good products at a little bit cheaper price. Any feedback is welcomed.
