Does anybody have the Painless Perfect Engine Management System.

I ran across the Painless Perfect engine management system and was curious if anybody had it or knew more about it.

Eventually when I get out of college I want to build a 383 TPI and be able to tune it with a labtop. I also know that Accel sells a system also, but I don't know witch one would be better.
