Axle/Gears: 3.73
RED RING HALOS.... ANYONE??
DOES ANYONE KNO HOW TO DO THIS TO A THIRD GEN?? i kno its illegal..but i want them so i can switch them on when i park for show.. i need to kno what to buy and what i might need to fab..help me out guys.They look sick! i dont mind only having single rings on each side but double would be AWWWSOME.

Well on a third gen camaro might be very hard due to the glass bulb lights. You would have to make a conversion to hid projectors or something similiar. I know someone on here has done a bmw conversion with his headlights that looks just sick. The reason for the conversion is I dont know any way of opening a glass bulb up. Anyways I could go over how to make it but there is this site called www.hidplanet.com which has some interesting threads on how to make the "angel eyes" which is nothing more than clear curtain rod. Any questions on the how to just let me know. I might be able to help you. Hope it turns out great.

Don't know that is the first time I've seen them. I know that there is a thread on here about converting the headlights from sealed beam to bulbs which uses something similiar to what you found on ebay. You might wanna start there if you want to go that route. I guess it all depends on what people have experienced and what works and what doesn't and ultimately what you like. have fun with the project again ask questions thats what I do well that and lurk lol.

i know this thread is long dead, but in case you havent found a solution yet. Im about to start on my project for making custom angel eyes. just buy a window blind adjustment rod, the clear acrylic type, find out your measurements, toss it in the over for a bit and bend it to your liking then cut small cuts all along the back side to make the light catch on it and put a LED bulb in the end. tutrials for this are on youtube. finding a way to attach it to the headlights may be a problem

custom...they are the bimmer lights i opened them and installed a red ccfl on them.
