why does it ask for car color in the order form? i was expecting to get a painted hood since they make it seem like they're going to send it painted, but i got it in this week and no paint. does anyone have any input?

They did ask us too for VIN number...but that's a default question...the 3rd Gen Camaro Hood does not come painted because of matching problems. So, in this case giving them your VIN was unnecessary,,,

they didn't ask for my vin actually, they ask for car color and if you don't know the exact color they say to put in the last 8 digits in your vin, which it seems like, contains the color code.
