Where to buy Koni Yellows or Blisteins
What's the best place (i.e. good price / good customer service) to buy new Koni Yellows or Blistein shocks?
Thanks!
Bill

I second shox.com
They usually give discounts to car site members as well. Or atleast used to. The owner used to post on here years ago.

Looks like there's a difference between shocks for 15in and 16 in wheels. Are the ones at shox.com for the 16 inch wheels?
http://www.shox.com/appguide/shoxshop/productsdisplay.php
Are Koni sports the same as Koni yellows? Shox.com has them at $683.20
Energy Suspension Bushings - what are these and what do they do?
http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=KON%2D87411030SPOR&N=115&autoview=sku
$235.95 each for the fronts at summit
http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=KON%2D301265SPORT&view=32&N=0
$105.95 each for the rears. If my math is right, the total is $683.80. Can somone please verify I have the right items?
http://www.stranoparts.com/show_items_cat.php
Stranoparts only has them listed under the camaros at $226.80 each for the fronts and $107.80 each for the rears. That comes out to $669.20
I'll call shox.com to see if I can get a discount rate. Do they make polygraphite bushings for these shox or QA1 bushings, or something of the like?

Shock bushings? What are you talking about?
If youre talking about the rubber pieces on the rear shocks where they come through the floor I wouldnt worry about them too much, my new shocks came with replacments.

The best price for the Yellows is actually from Spohn.net unless the prices have changed and the web site hasnt been updated. $651.80 for the 4 corners, not sure on the shipping though

Yellows and Reds.... The Reds set on full stiff, are like the Yellows on full soft. The yellows are way stiffer.
WWW.koni.com for more info

Site looks iffy. Even if they do have a good price id be very weary of ordering from them until I see more reviews.

They have been in business a long time. They made their name selling parts for
Fords . They have a great rep from KONI. That is how I found them and have bought several sets for differnt cars.

I can see why they sell the shocks so cheap... they don't know what to charge for an oil filter!!! $20 for an old pf25 oil filter. What are they thinking? They were $3 when still on the shelf.
I do like their picture of the 1LE's. I'd trust them.

Spohn prices on yellows did go up. The fronts went up to $250 a piece. Steve called me right after I placed my order because they hadnt updated the pricing yet on the site. We hashed it out and I decided to go with the reds instead.....

Is anyone up for a group purchase?
I know I've been looking for a break on either Koni yellows or Bilstiens for a while now.

I was leary of the link, because I never heard of them before. I did call Koni and they supported what 1991z281le says. The price was better than anywhere else so I will go with them.
Thanks 1991z281le !
