I purchased a set of 36mm sway bar bushings without the mounts. They showed up fast in a USPS Small Flat Rate box. Lon charged me $12.90 for shipping and handling. The USPS advertised cost of shipping anything that will fit in that box, anywhere in the country, is $5.20. I sent him a quick email and he intends to refund me $5.05. The difference is minimum but I certainly appreciate his integrity and effort. Will do business again.

I have a question about my purchase. You charged me $12.90 for shipping when the USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box is $5.20. That seems excessive to me considering the size of my purchase. Thanks.

I'll review it. The rate is based on the cost to ship the items individually, so when a few items are combined it can save on shipping. Aso note that it is listed as S&H (Shipping and Handling), not just shipping alone. It includes insurance, the cost to package the item, a portion to cover the montly fee I pay for using software.

I've reviewed the S&H fee and will be issuing a $5.05 credit to your credit card.

Thanks,
