Cylinder Head Choice

I am about to buy a 355 1 piece short block by october and compression ratio should be right around 10:1 with a 64cc head. I am going to use a comp cams Xtreme Energy 288 Hydraulic Roller. 288/294 236/242 @ .050 .520/.540 lift

using a weiand x-celerator intake (not sure about carb yet. Thinking Holley vacuum secondaries 750 4160???)

My budget for heads is really only like $1000 but could do $1200 if I really had to. I was thinking edelbrock e-210s since it's in the $1200

But then I started reading about how good pro filler 195s are.

I'm just curious on what you guys would go with (brand, intake runner, etc.) considering the size of the motor and cam.
