HSR, port iron vortecs or goto E-Tecs

Car: 1992 Camaro ZO3
Engine: 350 HSR
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 9 bolt/3.70's
HSR, port iron vortecs or goto E-Tecs
I have pretty much commited to a HSR with the holley commander 950 for vortec heads. I'm running iron vortecs now that haven't been ported. They have 7/16's studs with heavier springs and modified for higher lift cam. My question is while I'm swapping intakes should I spend the money to have the iron vortecs ported, or spend the money on a new set of E-tecs. Next question, would the 170's work better for my setup or the 200's? Thanks for the advice.
