FAST EZ EFI Kit Upgrade

Car: '86 iroc z
Engine: 350 sbc vortec from ATK
Transmission: T-5
FAST EZ EFI Kit Upgrade

looking at the atk high performance website at turnkey engines. seen that the fast ez efi upgrade was an option at a cost of $1900. im looking at doing a swap from my 305 carbed engine to a 350. do I need to get an efi kit or is it just an upgrade? thanks

You can run a carb on your 350. EFI is nice but not required.

you can get the fast ez efi with throttle body for about 1600.00 on ebay. but you might just go carb, the MPG isn't gonna be much different.

No it's not required, but neither is electricity and running water.

It does..however after speaking with tech support the system doesn't support HEI ignition. You would have to buy either there distributor or MSD.
Doesn't support Lock out if you have an automatic and the harness adapters are set up for LT1 or LSx motors.

There are lots of shortcomings on some of these TBI systems. Be careful of the claimed "ease of installation".
