Might be hope for the GTO, Camaro, and Grand National

I haven't been on these boards lately because I've been so busy so I am not positive if this is new information or its been talked about already but in an article in the driving section of the Cleveland Plain dealer yesterday they were talking about bringing the camaro back and this is roughly what they said.

The Pontiac GTO will be redesigned in 2008 and will be built in North America and not by those down under. Tone of the article was that they wanted to go with a more modern retro look for it kinda like what ford did with the new mustang.

The GTO will be built on GM's Zeta platform that gm is also expected to built the new Camaro off of and also to bring back the buick grand national.

The article goes on to state that two of the expected engine choices will be a 6.0L V8 and also a very good posibility of a twin-turbo V6.

All I can say is lets cross our fingers and hope this is legit! But the newspapers normally doesn't deal with rumors untill there is some real information...That rumor stuff is more for the mags.
