Hey thanks.

A lot of people like to think they are original by asking me about fuel economy or insurance before anything else. Either that, or they say "uh, nice Trans Am" which used to get right up my nose. Now I just don't care.

On the whole, it's a positive response when I turn the key and my 8 cylinders do the talking.

Engine: Someday again I will have another!!
Here is a link to my old White '89 RS V6, auto, gauges, megashifter, and exhaust. Was getting it ready for a V8 and had to sell it.(I regret that to this day) I miss this car. Guy that bought it off me ran into a guard rail or something, its still in town somewhere.

Anyone know the username of the guy that painted his daughters Camaro white with orange on the bottom?

If anyone has a pic or knows the name, I'd greatly appreciate it. I've searched all over and can't seem to find it.

That Pontiac arrow on the hood is pretty cool! I've thought about making one for either my hood, or rear window.

Since I can make my own vinyl stuff (logos, graphics, lettering) it would be nothing for me to do.

Here's my trans am. Thanks for posting those pics with the decals on badazz, I was wondering what a white T/A would look like with the stickers.

If anyone's got a white T/A with grey or hollowed stickers, post it up.

Need to get a better pic sometime, phone doesn't do the best job.

That yellow reminds of something...Let's see...5 yr old daughter...4.5 yrs ago...diapers...I can't quite place it...

The thing I don't understand on those 4th gen style WS6 hoods is....why only 2 nostrils? I know space is limited, but they would look (and sell) 10 times better, if they had all 4 nostrils.

My old Tahoe had a hood with all 4 nostrils.
Extreme Composites
That's my black Tahoe on the Customer Gallery page. I made the Ram Air decals to duplicate the factory ones.

im pretty happy with the hood i just cant wait to get it painted and all the deacals and weather stripping and t-tops done, unforunately im estimating around 5,500 for it all so it will be a little while. id also like to know how you did your sequential turn signals i have a kit that i got off ebay and need to replace the inside plug with a dual action plug and am not sure which one to use because out of the other two plugs one has more wires than the other?

Well, you have 2 options...

Buy a chain store socket, but they are straight plugs, and hit the body panel, needing a hole drilled for clearance.

Or do what I did...Find a used tail light harness, and cut an extra set of 90 degree sockets (factory ones) to use. I was able to buy an entire tail section of a harness, so I got 4 sockets, but you only need 2 of them.

Mine is a home made, circuit board design, not mechanical relays. Mine is the prototype one, but will soon be "mass produced", and will only cost about half most designs. I'm only doing it for fun, not making a business out of it. I have enough other side work to keep me busy, rather than trying to market the STS, and go through all that work.

I just re-read your reply...

Not sure I understand. How many sockets do you have? Mine is 4 per side. 1 reverse bulb (1154) next to the license plate, 2 tail/brake lights (1157) in the middle, and 1 more 1154 on the outermost position as a tail light. 1154 single filaments, 1157 dual filaments.

I just used 2 factory 1157 sockets to replace my outermost sockets, so they functions as tails and turn. By not doing that, I could have had 2 tails, and 3 turns, per side. I just didn't like the look of a dead lens with the tail lights on.

I haven't posted here in a while. Here she is with a bucket of water tossed over her. No real point in cleaning yet. The water froze before I could dry it all off. Thats how cold it is. Definetly not done, hasn't even been buffed yet, but def coming along.

I hit (aka: wrapped around) a telephone poll at like 30MPH going sideways.

Wasn't driving recklessly (as all the emergency people thought). There was 1 inch of rain in a half hour and i hydroplaned going about 35 MPH and the car started spinning, went off the road into a ditch and slide into the poll.

White 82 Z28

Here is a photo of my white 82 Z28. The car is still stock and 25 years old. The B&W photo is about 22-24 years old, and a little overexposed. I hope to get some color photos later this spring when I get the car out of storage.

It'd be cool to duplicate that pic again today, still in B&W, to see how the years have changed it.

It would look almost the same. This is in color, but you can see the damage to the point of the nose. That wolud be one change. The other is a black mark on the front quater panel, just behind the front tire and just above the bump guard. I thought I got a photo of that, but its not in my folder here, may still be on the camera. There are also two similar photos from the front left, one B&W, one color. I think I can remove the black mark with rubbing compound, but I have not tried it yet. B&W photos and low light are great for hiding small flaws as they usually don't show up........ Also, on the B&W photo you can see the dirt on the windshield and the bug splatter. I must have just gotten back from a drive

Here is a color view similar to the first B&W photo. I did not have enough room in the garage to get the same view as the B&W photo, but you get the idea. One of these days, I will get it outside and get some decent photos
