2 question in 1

just got mt 372 block back from shop ,allthe orange paint did not come off ,i was thinking about sand blasting but befotre i did something like that i wanted some moinfo from you guys,might be a different way it clean up before i paint it ,and i really want it to look as new as can ,ok 2 question i know there are alot of places out there that say they have the best engine paint who do yal think has the best and rember the heat part to ,hope yall understand what i am asking thank you !

1st,you don't want sand anywhere near your block,2nd,I don't know what the shop did to your block but I have a good idea what they didn't do,they didn't tank your block,if they had you wouldn't have any paint on it,3rd,you can get good engine paint at any auto supply store.When I did my hot rod over I used Eastwood for my paint supplies.

the only thing i did to the block was the mechine work done and the crank turned ,i have not had it built yet just had it bored 40 over and resurfaced,so now knowing that what would be the best way to try to make it look new as it can
